Dear brother of Theresa (Timothy) Callahan, Joan (Kenneth) Gallagher, Kevin Kelly and Kathleen Kelly. Predeceased by his parents William and Joan Kelly and in-laws Joseph and Victoria Rakowski. Bill proudly served the Hicksville Fire Department Engine Company 7 since 1973 and Oyster Bay Fire Department since 2007.
