Victoria C. Rakowski of Oyster Bay (formerly of Hicksville) on March 28th, 2022, at the age of 95. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph of 60 years. Loving mother of Theresa Brophy (Ron), Barbara Rossi (Peter), Victoria Wilkenshoff (Mark), Joseph (Theresa) and Marie Elena Kelly (William). Cherished grandmother of David (Karen), Jeffrey (Stephanie), Gregory (Michele), William (Anita), Michael (Susan), Brian, Kate, Tracy (Francesco) and Emily. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. Visiting will be at the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home on Friday from 2-5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of St. Dominic Church.
