Loving Son of the late Victor and Ellen. Cherished Uncle of Christopher (Nicole) Mahon, Ryan, and Katie Mahon, Robert and Abby Morris, Ryan and Kristen Caponera, and Greg Morris. Son-in-law of Judy Ann Morris Binzen, and her husband Willard. Brother-law of Eric B. (Lisa) Morris, Laura J. (Victor) Caponera, and William J.(Judy) Morris. Victor was born in Syosset, N.Y. on December 8, 1953. He grew up in East Norwich, N.Y. , where he attended St. Dominic's . From 1972-1977 Victor was a member of the East Norwich Fire Department. In 1975 he moved to Saratoga Springs where he later became Director of Racing at Saratoga Harness Raceway until 1986. Victor moved to Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl in 1997 where he started his General Contractor company InCom Restorations, Inc. Uncle "Dicker" was a devoted uncle who left a legacy of his kind and generous heart to his nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by his 2 beagles Casey and Ginger. Funeral Information A celebration of his life will be held Saturday February 21st 1-3 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 3:00 p.m.
