Shawn Lee, 60, beloved father from Bayville, New York, passed away suddenly but peacefully in his home on Monday, October 2nd, 2023. Shawn would befriend anyone who was fortunate enough to cross his path. He was the kind of person to go out of his way to help strangers. In his free time, Shawn loved to play basketball at Centre Island Beach and go fishing in the bay. Shawn was born in Mineola, NY. Within his immediate family, he is survived by mother Linda Kimber, stepfather Dennis Kimber, father Barry Lee, stepmother Kathy Lee, son Nicholas, daughter-in-law Elizabeth, daughter Rebecca, son-in-law Omar, ex-wife and best friend Terri Lee, longtime partner Kelly King, brother Scott, sister-in-law Donna, sister Sharron, niece Zoey and nephew Jacob. Not mentioned are the countless sisters, brothers, cousins and friends that enriched his life.

Memorial services for Shawn will be held at Bayville Village Church, 9 Mountain Ave, Bayville, NY 11709, on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, at 2 pm. All friends, acquaintances and loved ones are invited to attend.
