Devoted grandfather of Robert III (Clarissa), Shane (Morgan), Alex, and Max. He is survived by his sisters Rose Marie Catera, and Anne Shirley Marotti. Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Member of the Oyster Bay Fire Co. # 1 for over 50 years. Member of the Oyster Bay Volunteer and Exempts Fireman's Benevolent Association. He was a Member of the Oyster Bay AMVETS. He was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Dominic R.C.C. Family will receive friends at the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home Inc. 293 South Street Oyster Bay Saturday 2-4,& 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Sunday 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Oyster Bay Fire Co #1, or the family requests that an outdoor plant be donated or planted in his memory, especially sunflowers.
