Piotr Milkowski

Piotr Milkowski, of Oyster Bay, New York, passed away on May 14, 2026. Born in Walcz, Poland, Piotr carried with him a deep appreciation for family, education, perseverance, and hard work throughout his life.

Piotr was the beloved son of Bogumila and Henryk Milkowski, who survive him. He was a devoted family man whose warmth, intelligence, and dedication left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Driven by a passion for learning and achievement, Piotr attended Lehigh University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He later pursued his legal education at Hofstra University, earning his Doctor of Law degree.

Piotr built a distinguished career in banking and trading, contributing his extensive knowledge and expertise to the financial industry for many years. In his most recent role, he served as Vice President of Loan Closing, where he was respected for his leadership and commitment.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Piotr had a passion for traveling, different cultures, soccer and basketball. He was endlessly curious and believed strongly in continuing education and personal growth. Above all, he cherished his family and valued the time spent with loved ones.

Piotr will be remembered for his intellect, ambition, and unwavering dedication to both his work and the people he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday May 21st, 2026, at 6 p.m.  St. Hyacinth Roman Catholic Church in Glen Head, New York.
