Phyllis T. DelColle (nee Minicozzi). Lifelong resident of Oyster Bay passed away April 12th, 2020 at the age of 81. She was born to the late Frank Minicozzi of Oyster Bay and late Mary Minicozzi (nee Capobianco) of Glen Cove. Devoted mother of Frank, John (Laura), Michael (Michele), and the late Dina. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Brett, Jordan, Brianna, Alexa, Carissa, Mikey and Mia. Dear sister of Joseph Minicozzi and Frankie Krayewski She also leaves behind her devoted partner Kenneth G. Batyr. She is survived by many relatives and friends.  Phyllis had a huge heart, she loved her family and friends and would go out of her way to make you feel welcome.
