Pamela Ann Mericle

July 8, 1947 – June 10, 2025

Pamela Ann Mericle (née Taelman), of Oyster Bay, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025, at the age of 77.

Beloved wife of Wayne, cherished mother to Andrew (Amanda) and David (Tara), and adoring grandmother to Skyler. She is also survived by her loving brother Gary (Joyce), nephew Craig, and great-nephew James. Pamela was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrude.

Pamela was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a faithful friend to many. A lifelong parishioner of Christ Church Oyster Bay, she was a treasured member of the church choir for over 55 years. Her love of music was both a personal passion and a gift she generously shared with others. Pamela believed deeply that music could heal the soul, and she spent her life lifting the spirits of those around her through song and kindness.

Her warmth, unwavering faith, and joyful presence will be remembered by all who knew her.

A memorial celebrating Pamela's life will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The funeral mass will be held at Christ Church Oyster Bay (Episcopal) on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM followed by a Private Interment.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Christ Church Oyster Bay.
