Pamela Horman ended a long journey of prolonged illness on December 29, 2020. She passed peacefully at her home in Oyster Bay.       Born on August 27, 1947 to Samuel and Mary Frey of Garden City, Pam was an exceptional human being. She is remembered for her laughter, wit, and compassion for others. She filled so many roles in her life, but she was the most remarkable mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Her natural ability towards compassion and lightheartedness led her to be a LPN and a Special Education teacher's Aide in her later life.       She was survived by her loving and dedicated companion Albert Kelly of Oyster Bay; two children,daughter Deborah and husband "Shep" of New Hampshire and a son, Nicholas of Glen Cove. Two brothers Michael and wife Marilyn of California; Jonathon and wife Gail of Chatham,NJ.
