Shirley S. Barry Shirley S. Barry , 67, of Glen Cove, died March 29 with her family by her side following a brief illness. She was born to the late Armond and Jean Pinnella, on September 12, 1945 in Woodside, NY. She married Joseph F. Barry on December 15, 1963 and they lived happily on Long Island for the last 49 years. Shirley was an avid gardener and boater spending her summers on the Long Island Sound. She loved to travel and had a great enthusiasm for learning and life. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and close friends. Her energy and fun spirit was infectious. She is survived by her beloved husband Joe and her children: daughter Jean Daly, her husband Brendan and their four children Emma, Elizabeth, Jack and Thomas - all of Brookville; her daughter Debra MacCausland, her husband Bryan and their two children Patrick and Heather - all of Downingtown, PA; her son Joseph, his wife Elizabeth and their two children Ella and Catherine - all of Oyster Bay; and her daughter Catherine Barry - of New York City. Funeral Information Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 6 at Christ Church in Oyster Bay.
