Grace M. Young on April 15, 2017. Born in Brooklyn on November 19, 1914. Resided in North Massapequa for over 60 years. Recently moved to East Norwich. Beloved wife of the late Albert Young. Devoted mother of Meredith (the late Dennis Paul) Coleman, Robin ( the late Gerald) Bourne, and Gordon (Tonia) Young. Cherished grandmother of 9 and Great-grandmother of 13.
Funeral Information
Family will receive friends Thursday, April 20,2017 9-10:30 a.m.. Graveside Service Nassau Knolls Cemetery Port Washington 11a.m..
