Gail was the cherished grandmother of 12 beautiful grandchildren, Billy, Devin, Rachel, Claire, Christopher, Kristen, Kevin, Alex, Emma, Tess, Cate, and Ben. She was pre-deceased by her first husband Winthrop Felter. She was also pre-deceased by her loving brothers and sister, James W. Horan, Robert G. Horan, Norman Horan, and Lorraine Carnesi. She was a retired RN having devoted many years of her life to the caring of patients afflicted with HIV/AIDS. Funeral Information Visiting at the Francis P.
