Abigail Feder Jones FEDER--Abigail Jones, died June 22. Abigail Lispenard Jones was born July 16, 1962 in Huntington, NY to Patricia Bleecker and Edward Sprague Jones. She is survived by her husband of 26 years Andrew M. Feder, their two children, Andries and Catalina, her sister, Susanna A. Jones, and her brother, Thomas Jones. She was a Managing Director of the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, joining in 2000 as a vice president in the United States Fixed Income Group. A graduate of Phillips Academy class of 1980 and the Vassar College class of 1985, she began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she worked for fifteen years as an analyst in Investment Banking and ultimately a principal and head of enhanced cash management. At Christ Church in Oyster Bay, NY, she taught Sunday school, was chair of the Investment Committee, a member of the Vestry, and served as Senior Warden from 2011-2013. She also served on the Investment Committee for the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island. She was member of the Board of Trustees of the Havens Relief Fund Society of New York City and the Morgan Memorial Park in Glen Cove, NY. A 1977 graduate of East Woods School in Oyster Bay, she served as a Trustee from 2003 to 2008 and continued to serve on the Investment Advisory Committee. A long-time and valued volunteer for Vassar, she co-chaired annual giving for her class. She served as a Parent Fund volunteer and a class agent for Phillips Academy, Andover. Funeral Information A memorial service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, June 27 at Christ Church in Oyster Bay, NY.
