Richard M. Frankel of Oyster Bay on August 12, 2016. Loving husband of Mary. Cherished father of Sarah, Sam, and Maggie. Beloved brother of Wendy Frankel and Lynn (Mick) Fleetwood, brother-in-law of Lori (Bill) Vester and Kate Kelly. Uncle of Samantha, Kate, Ruby, and Tessa. Son-in-law of Vincent and Mildred Kelly.
