John Eng, age 66 of Oyster Bay, NY on July 4, 2022, at the Hospice Inn. John grew up in the Bronx and after graduating from DeWitt Clinton High School, attended City College of New York. He worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company on Wall Street before starting a 30-year career with The US Postal Service in the Bronx. John was known for his sharp wit. He was an animal lover, avid sports fan and guppy enthusiast. He enjoyed disco music and vintage TV shows from the 60's and 70's. John was a generous and caring friend to all. He is survived by his mother, Pui King Eng, his sister Ruth Murray (Bob), nephew Nicholas (Brianne), niece Jillian Bachhal (Jesse) and many extended family members. He is predeceased by his father, Yook Pon Eng. Services are private.
