Jennifer Kim-Beltzer, 51, of Oyster Bay, NY, passed away on November 1st, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on June 26th, 1975, in Caracas, Venezuela, to parents Ana Clara Paternoster-Echeverría and Luis Hernando Acosta-Porras. Jennifer was a beautiful soul and a bright light in the lives of all who knew her, especially her family, who meant everything to her. She was a dedicated teacher who loved every child she taught, caring for each as if they were her own. Her warmth, kindness, and wonderful spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She enjoyed being out in nature, hiking trails, running races, cooking, and spending every moment she could with her nieces and nephews, whom she loved so dearly. She is survived by her loving husband, Scott, a huge, wonderful family, and all her amazing friends and co-workers who also became her family.
