Eileen McCaffery (85), formerly of Bayville, New York on August 20, 2022. Beloved wife of the late John McCaffery and loving mother to the late Lillian Apicella (Rick), Eileen Lavelle (Thomas), John McCaffery (Christina), Patricia Giacovas (Randall), and William McCaffery (Laurine). Cherished grandmother of William Farrell (Meg), Patrick Farrell (Whitney), Katie Apicella, Thomas McCaffery (Alicia), Kerri Bernard (Kyle), Timothy McCaffery, Samantha McCaffery, and Amanda McCaffery and great-grandmother of Dylan Farrell, Melanie Farrell, Annie Farrell, and Sean Farrell. Predeceased by her parents, Lillian and Gerard Clancy, and her brothers, Gerard, William, and Andrew Clancy. She is survived by many other loving friends and relatives. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 24th from 3-8 p.m. at Francis P. Devine Funeral Home in Oyster Bay, New York. Mass of Christian burial at the Chapel of St. Dominic R.C. Church in Oyster Bay on Thursday, August 25th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
