Barbara M. Riley (nee Carroll) , former resident of East Norwich died peacefully in Niagara County, NY on May 29, 2023. She was the Loving mother of Barbara, Edward, Eugene, Susan Snell, John (Evelyne Delori), and Margaret. Predeceased by infant son Paul in 1961. Dear sister of Brigid Carroll and the late James Carroll (Patricia), Patrick Carroll and Mary Ricciardelli (Louis). She was blessed with 8 grandchildren Lauren Riley, Lindsay Riley (Tyler Milkovitz), John Snell, Christian Snell, Steven Snell, Nicholas Riley, Patrick Riley, and Maxwell Riley-Pasciak. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of St. Dominic's High School. Barbara often spoke of her times as a "Soda Jerk" at Snouder's. She retired from the Town of Oyster Bay Clerk's office in 1998. . Barbara will be remembered for her easy laughter and service to others.

A Funeral Mass  will be held at St. Dominic's Chapel on June 17th at 9:30 am.
