Arthur William Philbin- On April 17,2020 of Oyster Bay. Born to the late Michael Philbin of New York, New York and late Sonja (nee Pearson) of Sweden.  Beloved husband of Mary.  Devoted father of Beth Ann Buckley (Brendan) and Patty Caetano (Don).   Proud granddad of Kaitlyn, Brendan, and Brianna.  Dear brother of Anne Wagner and the late Ed Wagner.  Also survived by his nieces and nephews, relatives and lots of friends.  Artie (Bill) was a proud New Yorker enjoying all that it had to offer but his heart was always in Killarney, Ireland where he spent most of his summers with his wife Mary and her family.  No one liked to laugh and tell old stories more than Artie while smoking his cigar and sipping on a Courvoisier.  Artie had a huge heart and was loved by his family and will be missed terribly by all of us who loved him.  Our loss is Heaven's win.  They gained an angel today.  Please look over us and we will always love you.
