Ann Pepin Smith peacefully passed away at her home on February 20, 2024. Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Clinton Smith. She is survived by her loving daughters, Jennifer (Andrew) Loughlin and Tamara (Mark) Todd. Ann had seven grandchildren who she adored, Sarah Loughlin, Heather (Jonathan) Loughlin, Mary Loughlin, Kelly Loughlin, Christopher (Megan) Todd, Kyle Todd, and Laura Todd. Ann worked at the Oyster Bay Library for 32 years, was an active member of Christ Church, and volunteered at the Christeen Oyster Sloop Preservation Corp with her husband, as well as various charitable works. She was a kind, loving person who will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Friday March 1, 2024, 3-7 p.m. at the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home 293 South Street Oyster Bay, N.Y. Funeral Service will be Saturday March 2, 2024, at Christ Church 55 East Main Street Oyster Bay NY at 11 a.m.
